Who are we?
El Primer Paso is a private, non-profit organization. The preschool at the core of our programs is licensed by the state of New Jersey and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
Mission
The mission of El Primer Paso is to serve the community with culturally responsive resources for families. As a first step to lifelong success, we provide high-quality, inclusive early childhood programs focusing on dual language learners and their cognitive, and social-emotional development. To support families we also provide affordable, culturally responsive childcare along with bilingual resources and educational workshops for parents.
