Who are we?
El Primer Paso is a private, non-profit organization. The preschool at the core of our programs is licensed by the state of New Jersey and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
Mission
The mission of El Primer Paso is to serve the community with culturally responsive resources for families. As a first step to lifelong success, we provide high-quality, inclusive early childhood programs with a focus on dual language learners, support for affordable, culturally responsive childcare, as well as educational programs for parents.
Vision
El Primer Paso will be the first step toward lifelong success for children, families and adults transitioning into the community.
